At nite got Martial Arts Training . . .Im a newbie . . .Train 1st then Spar . . .
Training activities are 70 push ups , 3min crunches , 310 jumping jack , push up position but arm on the floor tahan for 1 min ( cramp like hell) . .n some running
Damn Surprise i was chosen to fight the instructor(wat is tis white belt vs black belt)in my mind wa mati-mati. . .then we fought i backsweep 3 times fail(so sad) he front sweep me i fell(haizzz) then fought again hit my rib then just tahan . . .then the Azri act cool say he sure can drop ppl . . his opponent was hiznur sis(Hizriani)
They fought ... but end up is Azri get the shame ( girl drop boy 2 times) haha . . .
